Most growing businesses are running two hiring costs at once: agency fees for the hard roles, and internal management time absorbed by everything else. Neither one is working well.

Ploomo is a fully managed hiring partner. But the shortlist we deliver is different from anything a recruiter produces, because it isn't built from CVs.

We run a structured process that defines what success actually looks like in your role and environment, then scores every candidate against those criteria. Attitude, working style, situational fit. Data that a CV doesn't contain and a recruiter doesn't capture. Your team receives a ranked shortlist built on signal, not screening.
Every role sharpens that picture. The tenth hire we make for you will be better informed than the first.

Nothing resets. The results speak to it.

93% of Ploomo hires are still performing at 12 months. Industry average: 75 to 80%.

HR teams using Ploomo go from spending 25% of their time on recruitment to under 5%.
