Matt Butcher

Matt Butcher is an experienced branding and strategy professional, currently serving as Principal - Strategy at Plot Twist Creativity since January 2021. Previous roles include Brand Strategy Consultant at Sunny from August 2021 to May 2023, and Brand Planning Director at The Richards Group from February 2007 to January 2021, where brand strategy and communications for multiple national clients were led. Earlier career experiences at DDB as Business Development Manager and New Business Coordinator, as well as Advertising Manager for The Argonaut and Account Team Leader for the University of Idaho NSAC Advertising Team, contributed to a robust skill set in brand management and strategy development. Matt holds a B.S. in Journalism and Mass Media with a major in Advertising and a minor in Computer Graphics from the University of Idaho, graduating in 2005.
