Jane Askin

Jane Askin has held several roles in the Human Resources and Learning and Development fields. In 2019, they became the Head of Culture and Talent for PlotBox. Prior to that, they were the Owner of Thaxton Consulting, an Executive Coach and Learning & Organisational Development Specialist, from 2018-2019. From 2015-2018, Jane held the role of Learning and Development Manager for Kainos, where they were responsible for developing and implementing the L&D strategy for the entire organisation. From 2013-2015, they were the Organisational Development Manager for Belfast Metropolitan College. Prior to that, they were the Human Resources Manager for Robinson Services Ltd & Robinson Services Laundry Ltd from 2012-2013. Jane's career with Kainos began in 2004, when they were the Senior HR Consultant.

Jane Askin received a Post Graduate Qualification from Belfast Metropolitan College in 2004-2007 in the field of CIPD. Jane also earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Queen's University Belfast between 1999-2003 in the field of Law. In 2001-2002, Jane attended the University of Portland and earned a Certificate in American Business Practice (BEI) in International Business.
