Previously, Neha held the position of Executive Director and Head of Jharonka.com at Craftsvilla from June 2017 to March 2022, overseeing P&L responsibilities for marketplace and private labels in the mass prestige fashion category. As the Founder of Katha Trends Pvt Ltd from July 2010 to April 2015, Neha led teams in product design and merchandising, successfully launching the ethnic apparel brand "aarna." Prior experience includes serving as General Manager of Business Operations at Wockhardt Group Lifestyle Venture, focusing on lifestyle brand building and marketing plans.
