Dikshit Allawadhi

Dikshit Allawadhi possesses extensive experience in investment management and asset management, currently serving in two roles: Investment Management at Plotify since December 2023 and as an Angel Investor at Donato Musso since June 2023. Dikshit is the Founder of The Social Hiring, a platform launched in December 2018 that facilitates peer-to-peer job referrals at no cost. Previously, Dikshit held the position of Manager Asset Management at IMMO from July 2022 to November 2023 and worked as a Senior Analyst at Blackstone from October 2018 to June 2022, managing a team of over 17 in the Real Estate Debt Strategies group. Earlier roles include Analyst and Management Trainee at Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc. from February 2017 to April 2018. Dikshit holds an MBA in Finance and International Business from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University and a BS in Mathematics from Delhi University.
