Dhyey Zala is currently an SDE-3 at Plotline and previously worked as an SDE-2 at Ola Cabs, where they were part of the Routing Team focusing on optimizing location-based services. During their tenure at Ola, Dhyey developed a new ETA calculation model that significantly reduced infrastructure costs while enhancing business metrics and user experience. They also contributed to improving the routing accuracy of Ola Maps, which successfully replaced Google Maps for various services. Dhyey holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
