Alan Willis

Alan Willis has extensive experience in training and technical roles within the resource sector. Currently serving as a Field Technician at Plotlogic since January 2025, Alan previously held the position of Coordinator for Deployments & Training at the same company from August 2022 to July 2024. Prior to Plotlogic, Alan worked as a Specialist Trainer at BHP Billiton Nickel West Pty Ltd from June 2021 to August 2022 and as an Operational Trainer at Kestrel Coal Resources Australia from June 2008 to March 2021. Notably, Alan's earlier experience includes training and assessment roles at Rio Tinto and coaching at EDS. Alan's expertise encompasses both classroom-based and practical training, with skills in creating training materials and improving documentation and processes.
