Felice Quach has worked in a variety of roles in the mining industry since 2012. Felice began their career at Idemitsu Kosan Co., Ltd where they served as a Data Analyst and Vacation Metallurgy Student. In 2013, they joined Glencore as a Mining Supervisor and Statutory Open Cut Examiner, Production & Business Improvement Engineer, Coal Quality Engineer, and Graduate Process Engineer. In their role as Graduate Process Engineer, they provided process optimization support for multiple coal handling and preparation plants, oversaw coal chain logistics, performed data analysis of CHPP operational trends, and identified, justified, and executed installation of Liddell CHPP desliming cyclone upgrade. In 2022, they joined Plotlogic as the VP of Operations and Operations Manager.
Felice Quach has a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Chemical and Metallurgical Engineering from The University of Queensland, which they obtained between 2010 and 2013. Felice also has a Mining Engineering Manager - Open Cut Coal Certificate of Competence from the Department of Regional NSW, which they obtained in August 2021. Additionally, they have an Open Cut Examiner Certificate of Competence from the NSW Department of Planning, Industry and Environment, which they obtained in October 2018. Finally, they have a Security Clearance to handle explosives and/or security sensitive dangerous substances from SafeWork NSW.
