We run a 6 or 12 week counselling program working with clients experiencing extreme complexity, using the PLP (Passionate Life Program).

PLP Solutions trains and mentors highly empathetic, trauma-informed counsellors who specialise in addiction and mental-health recovery. Our model delivers rapid reductions in substance use, improved emotional regulation, and significant gains in overall wellbeing.

Available Australia-wide, PLP is delivered weekly for one hour via Telehealth (or phone where required). The 12-week program is recommended for clients with PTSD, addiction, or domestic violence history, offering greater capacity for trauma processing and nervous system stabilisation. Our 6 step program is also excellent for progressing cliens with issues in motivation, self esteem, short term depression, grief, relationship issues, or low anxiety.

Our counsellors are hand-selected, ACA or PACFA registered, and fully qualified for Workforce contracts. Using the Passionate Life Program, clients learn about their addiction or mental-health patterns, identify subconscious blocks, and gain simple strategies that support fast, meaningful change. The only requirement is a genuine desire to improve.

PLP counsellors have supported clients to recover from methamphetamine, marijuana, heroin, gaming, and other addictions. Many have overcome agoraphobia, social anxiety, and depression—often resulting in full participation in work or study.

Trauma-release work is available within both the 6- and 12-week models, with most clients choosing this pathway for faster, long-lasting nervous-system change. Our team is trained and supervised in EMDR and somatic therapies to ensure safe, effective intervention.
