John Rust

John Rust is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience as a Senior Systems Administrator and Network Engineer. They spent 15 years at The Spectacle Shoppe, Inc., where they modernized the optical chain's operations by transitioning to a digital practice management system, significantly enhancing revenue and customer experience. Additionally, John owned and operated Navi Tech, an IT service company, while holding roles in cloud and network security. They currently serve as IT Manager and Sr IT Infrastructure Engineer at PLTFRM and have also worked as a Cloud Security Engineer at Nerdery. John earned an Associate of Applied Science in Computer Networking Systems from Dunwoody College of Technology, graduating Summa Cum Laude.
