Rahul Bhatnagar

Rahul Bhatnagar started their work experience in 2003 as a Team Member at Arvato Services. In 2004, they joined eFunds as an AM Quality and stayed with the company until 2008. From 2008 to 2010, Rahul worked at XL Capital as an AM Quality. In 2009, they joined MetLife as a UM with Business Transformation Practices and stayed with the company until 2012. From 2012 to 2014, they worked at Encore Capital Group as a Manager - Business Transformation. Rahul then returned to Encore Capital Group in 2015 and held the role of Sr Manager with Business Transformation until 2020. From 2019 to 2021, Rahul served as AVP Business Transformation at Encore Capital Group. Currently, they are the Head of Business Excellence at Pluang, starting in April 2022.

Rahul Bhatnagar's education history is as follows:

From 2001 to 2003, Rahul attended Pune University and obtained a Master's in Systems Engineering, with a degree name of MCM.

Prior to that, from 1998 to 2001, they studied at Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University and earned a Bachelor's degree in Management and Information Technology, specializing in Computer Science.

Furthermore, Rahul completed their 12th Standard education at St Joseph Academy from 1987 to 1996, with a focus on Business/Commerce, General.

In addition to their formal education, Rahul has also obtained several certifications. In March 2022, they completed a certification called Master Digital Transformation from LinkedIn. Prior to that, in February 2022, they completed a certification titled Learning Cloud Computing: Core Concepts from the same institution. In January 2022, they obtained a certification called Machine Learning for Marketing: Essential Training, also from LinkedIn.
