Prashant Dhole

Prashant Dhole is a procurement professional with expertise in sourcing fruits and vegetables across multiple regions in India. Currently serving as the National Sourcing specialist at Pluckk since September 2023, Prashant oversees the purchasing of various produce, including strawberries from Mahabaleshwar and mangoes from Maharashtra and Uttar Pradesh. Prior to this role, Prashant worked at Agrify Fresh as a Procurement specialist, where responsibilities included purchasing sweet lime, watermelon, and muskmelon, along with managing Nagpur CC operations and negotiating prices for litchi and onion procurement. From March 2020 to March 2023, Prashant contributed as a Procurement Executive at Deola Agro Producer Company Limited, focusing on fruit and vegetable procurement while engaging with farmers. Prashant holds an MBA in Marketing from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a Bachelor's degree in Food Technology and Processing from Mahatma Phule Krishi Vidyapeeth, Rahuri.
