Julia Arlt (Parvanta) serves as the Global Digital Real Estate Leader at PwC since August 2017 and co-founder of FuturePlace, where the focus is on connecting buyers and sellers within the digital real estate spectrum. Julia is also a Startup Bridge Mentor at MetaProp.vc, a Guest Lecturer in Real Estate MBA classes at Columbia University, and co-founder and Chairwoman of the Austrian PropTech Initiative. Additionally, Julia co-founded PropTech Events and serves as a mentor in Real Estate Technology at Plug and Play Tech Center. As a member of the MIPIM Cannes, MAPIC & Propel by MIPIM Awards Committee and the CREtech Leadership Board, Julia engages with influential thought leaders in the commercial real estate tech sector. Julia holds an MBA in Finance & Strategy from Hult International Business School, a Master's in European and International Business Administration from Universität Hamburg, and a Diplom in Human Resources from Hochschule für Wirtschaft & Politik.
