Larry Wang

Larry (Nanlei) Wang is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in startup advising, business strategy, and product development. Currently serving as an Executive in Residence at Plug and Play Tech Center and a startup adviser/mentor at Booming ThunderCloud LLC, Larry has a strong background in leading technology initiatives, demonstrated as COO of youngQi Inc., where management of an online health management expert system was achieved. Previous roles include CTO at the Industrial Technology Research Institute, where Larry facilitated successful funding for numerous startups, and CEO of the Taiwan Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center, focusing on supporting Taiwanese startups in the San Francisco Bay Area. With a robust history in hardware development at major companies such as Palm, WJ Communications, and EiC Corp, Larry holds both a Master's and PhD in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from UC Berkeley.
