Steve Glaser

Steve Glaser is a seasoned leader and coach currently serving as a Go-To Leadership Coach at Go-To Leadership Coaching since February 2025, specializing in practical tools and contrast-based learning for managers. Additionally, Steve holds a role as a Fractional Executive, Advisor, and Coach at Manage_It, and has been a member of various advisory boards, including the Deans Advisory Board at San Jose State Lucas College and Graduate School of Business, and the Innovation Advisory Council at San Jose State University. With extensive experience mentoring startups at Plug and Play Tech Center and Berkeley SkyDeck, Steve has also been a strategic advisor for semiconductor startups through Embedded Vision Alliance and Silicon Catalyst. Previously, as CEO of ComfortZones Digital, Steve established a platform to enhance workplace productivity, and as Managing Director at Copia Growth Partners, Steve provided strategic direction to technology companies. Educationally, Steve holds a Master’s in Business Administration from The University of British Columbia and a Bachelor’s in Electrical and Computer Engineering from UC Santa Barbara.
