Tom Rice

Tom Rice serves as the Chairman of SoundVida since January 2023 and has held various advisory roles across multiple companies since 2010. Notable positions include advising Vir2us, which focuses on cybersecurity software, and KraftWerk, where collaboration with automotive and drone companies occurs. Rice's experience extends to Mediar Solutions, which analyzes in-store customer behavior, and Samauri Labs, which addresses online safety. Additionally, Rice has mentored entrepreneurs at MIT, Stanford, and the German Accelerator while contributing to PlugandPlay as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence. Academic credentials include a PhD in Engineering Economic Systems from Stanford University, a Master’s in Thermal Hydraulics from MIT, and a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford.
