Yuichi Ando is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in corporate development, venture capital, and management consulting. As the Head of the Silicon Valley Office for Japan Post since February 2019, Ando has been involved in LP and startup investing, earning the Corporate Innovation Award from Plug and Play in June 2022. In addition to various investor roles in esteemed companies such as DELIVERS.AI and GrubMarket Inc., Ando founded The Magnolia Partners, LLC, focusing on management consulting and merchant banking across multiple industries.
