Aaron Jill has a diverse work experience spanning from 2014 to the present. Aaron started their career at Crestron Electronics as an Engineering Technician in September 2014 and later moved up to the role of Industrial Engineer. In November 2016, they became a Supervisor of Industrial Engineering before eventually becoming the Manager of Industrial Engineering in November 2016. In May 2019, Aaron transitioned to the position of Manager of Business Process, where they managed and planned the merger of three manufacturing facilities into one. Aaron also played a key role in designing the floor plan and incorporating process improvements. In September 2019, Aaron briefly held the role of Manager of Industrial Engineering and Lean Manufacturing before leaving Crestron Electronics in May 2021.

In February 2021, Aaron joined Plug Power as a Process Engineer. Aaron quickly progressed to the role of Global Analyst in March 2022 and later became a Manager of Process and Strategy in July 2022. Currently, Aaron holds the position of Senior Manager of Process and Strategy at Plug Power, starting in February 2023.

Aaron Jill completed their Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from the Thomas J. Watson College of Engineering and Applied Science, Binghamton University, from 2010 to 2014. Aaron then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, from 2022 to 2024. Aaron also obtained several certifications, including Machine Learning from Stanford Online, Python for Data Science and Machine Learning from Udemy, Using Databases with Python from the University of Michigan, Using Python to Access Web Data from the University of Michigan, Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, Python Data Structures from the University of Michigan, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from the Six Sigma Global Institute.
