Brenden Boucher

Brenden Boucher has extensive work experience in accounting and finance. Brenden is currently serving as the Manager of SEC Reporting at Plug Power, a position they have held since February 2022. Prior to this role, they worked at Smith & Wesson for a total of nine years. Their roles at Smith & Wesson include Accounting Manager from November 2019 to February 2022, Senior Accountant from July 2017 to November 2019, SEC Analyst from August 2014 to July 2017, and Staff Accountant from July 2012 to August 2014.

Before joining Smith & Wesson, Brenden worked as a Corporate Tax Intern at MassMutual Financial Group in 2012. Brenden also served as an Office Assistant at Western New England College from September 2008 to April 2012 and gained accounting experience as an Accounting Intern at Westfield Bank in 2011. In addition, they worked as a Floating Teller at Westfield Bank from May 2010 to January 2011.

Throughout their career, Brenden has demonstrated their expertise in preparing financial statements, supporting schedules, and SEC filings. Brenden has also gained experience in financial reporting, consolidation entries, investor communications, and account reconciliations.

Brenden Boucher completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from Western New England University between 2008 and 2012. Brenden then pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Accounting from the same university from 2012 to 2014. In October 2020, Brenden obtained a certification in "Excel: Charts in Depth" from LinkedIn.
