Chris Hogan

Chris Hogan has extensive work experience in environmental and project management. Chris is currently working as the Manager of Environmental and Permitting - Energy Solutions New Project Development at Plug Power since June 2022. Before that, they held the position of Chief in the Major Projects Management Unit at the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation from January 2011 to July 2022.

Chris Hogan earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Environmental Studies from St. Lawrence University, spanning from 1983 to 1987. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Environmental Studies at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute from 1990 to 1992.
