David Gray

David Gray is a Principal Manufacturing Engineer at Plug Power since July 2022, responsible for overseeing the design and manufacturing stages of projects to ensure that engineering packages align with customer specifications and schedules. Prior to this role, David worked at Hunting Energy Services from January 2014 to March 2024 as both a Design Engineer and Project Engineer, where responsibilities included design and project management of hydraulic and pneumatic systems and providing operational support for well test equipment. Additionally, David served as a Design Engineer at Axon Well Intervention Products from January 2008 to January 2014, focusing on the design and modeling of complex structural components. David holds an HND in Mechanical Engineering from Aberdeen College and an SVQ Level 3 in Engineering Technical Support from Dundee and Angus College, complemented by a brief educational experience at the University of Strathclyde in 2021.
