Edouard Oberthur

Edouard Oberthur has a strong background in various industries and roles. Edouard is currently serving as the Director of Energy & Business Development Europe at Plug Power since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a PPA Manager at Groupe Qair from October 2020 to August 2022.

Previously, Edouard held multiple positions at ArcelorMittal. Edouard served as a Manager and was responsible for managing power and natural gas contracts and projects from November 2019 to October 2020. In this role, they led a team of five people and handled negotiation, implementation, valuation, and internal approval processes for contracts worldwide. Edouard was also involved in negotiations with power generators and brokers, as well as the implementation of long-term off-take contracts and financing.

Edouard's career started at BNP Paribas, where they worked as a Junior Analyst in the soft commodities sector from September 2006 to June 2007.
