Erik Kramer has a strong background in construction and commissioning roles. Erik currently works as a Construction & Commissioning Manager at Plug Power, a position they began in December 2021. Prior to joining Plug Power, Erik worked at Frames, where they held multiple roles. From 2018 onwards, they served as a Product Team member, responsible for coordinating and completing construction and commissioning activities for various projects. Erik reported directly to the Frames Board of Directors. During their time at Frames, Erik also served as a Prevention Officer and Interim HSE-manager. Erik had a key role as the Commissioning Manager for the Moravia Gas Storage project, representing the client and coordinating construction and pre-commissioning activities. Erik also held the positions of Head of Commissioning and Commissioning Authority for the Nawara Project in Tunisia. Before joining Frames, Erik worked at Jansens & Dieperink B.V. as a Site Construction Coordinator for international projects, where they were responsible for the preparation, shipping, planning, execution, and delivery of assembly and installation projects for aluminum silos worldwide. Erik's experience spans over 15 years in various construction and commissioning roles.
Erik Kramer completed their education in two different institutions. From 1997 to 2002, they attended St. Michael College in Zaandam, The Netherlands. There, they pursued a degree in HAVO with a focus on Natuurkunde & Techniek (Physics & Technology) and Natuurkunde & Gezondheid (Physics & Health).
Following this, from 2002 to 2006, Erik enrolled at Hogeschool INHOLLAND Haarlem. Here, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Business Engineering.
