Florian Peter

Florian Peter has an extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Florian is currently working as the Director of International H2 Project Management at Plug Power since October 2021.

Prior to that, Florian worked at Mcphy from 2016 to 2021, where they held multiple roles including Project Director, Operations Director France COO - France, and Projects and Engineering Director.

Before joining Mcphy, they served as the Technical Director at PROLLiON from 2015 to 2016. Florian also worked at Thales Avionics from 2007 to 2015, where they served as a Senior Project Manager Aeronautics and a Supply Chain Project Manager.

From 2004 to 2007, they worked at Accenture as a Supply Chain Management/PLM Consultant, where they managed supply chain transformation projects and introduced product variant management for a major Mobile Telecom Network provider.

Florian started their career at Hewlett-Packard in 2000, where they served as a Supply Chain Project Manager and later as a Lead Buyer for Server PCBs and Project Manager for technology transfer.

Florian Peter earned a degree in Applied Computer Science for engineers with a focus on Distributed Systems and Neural Networks from FernUniversität in Hagen. This degree was obtained from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, Florian obtained a Diplom degree in Photo-electrochemistry from INPG / University of Constance, which was completed from 1999 to 2000. Florian also attended the University of Konstanz from 1994 to 2000, though the degree obtained from this institution is not specified. In addition to their formal education, Florian also obtained IPMA Level B certification in Project Management from IPMA: International Project Management Association in February 2015.
