Jeff Miller

Jeff Miller has extensive work experience in the semiconductor industry, with a focus on service operations and support. Jeff started their career as a Field Service Engineer at PRI Automation before moving on to Novellus Systems, where they held roles such as Senior Field Service Engineer, Senior Staff Product Support Engineer, and Global Product Support Manager. At Intel Corporation, they worked as a Senior Process Engineer and later became a Process Engineering Manager. Jeff then joined ASM as the Director of Service Operations for a strategic global account, where they oversaw field service and spares support for complex capital equipment. Jeff was later promoted to the role of Senior Director of Service and Spares Operations, responsible for operational execution and financial results. Most recently, they joined Plug Power as the Director of Service Operations.

Jeff Miller has a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering-BSEE from the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering at Arizona State University. Additionally, they obtained a certification in "Multipliers: How the Best Leaders Make Everyone Smarter (Blinkist Summary)" from LinkedIn in June 2022.
