John Buckles

John Buckles is an accomplished mechanical engineer with over 15 years of diverse experience in the engineering field. Since July 2020, John has served as the Manager of Pressure Vessels and Flow Controls and a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Plug Power. Prior to this role, John worked at Tri-Point Oil & Gas Production Systems as a Mechanical Design Engineer, focusing on compliance with relevant codes and standards. Early career ventures included positions at Entegee, Leed Fabrication Services, Process Equipment and Service Co, TH Hill Associates, and TMC Design Corporation, where John demonstrated expertise in design evaluation, failure analysis, project management, and compliance verification across various engineering projects. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from New Mexico State University, earned in 2008.
