Jon Bixby

Jon Bixby has a diverse work experience in mechanical design, utilizing software such as Creo Parametric and Windchill. Jon worked as a Senior Mechanical Designer at Plug Power from November 2020 to the present, where they focused on GenFuel manifold assemblies. Prior to that, they worked as a Mechanical Designer at Dynetics, Inc. from May 2020 to November 2020, contributing to the design and modeling of various subsystems. Jon also worked as a Creo mechanical designer at Knoll from August 2019 to April 2020, and as a Technical Designer at BLUE ORIGIN from April 2019 to August 2019. In addition, they have experience as a contract mechanical designer at Club Car from April 2018 to March 2019 and from July 2016 to July 2017. Jon Bixby also worked as a Creo Parametric and Agile EC consultant at Persistent Systems, LLC from January 2018 to March 2018. Jon has prior experience at General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems, Coca-Cola Enterprises, and Teledyne LeCroy, where they served in various mechanical design roles.

Jon Bixby has an extensive education history. Jon attended Broome Community College from 1982 to 1985, where they obtained an A.A.S. degree in Engineering Science & M.E.T. In addition, they also attended SUNY Broome Community College in Binghamton, NY during the same period and earned an A. S. degree in Engineering Science.
