MacKenzie Smith

Mackenzie Smith has extensive experience in various roles related to finance and administration. Mackenzie is currently a Senior Payroll Associate at Plug Power, where they have been working since June 2023. Prior to this role, they served as a Remote Payroll Associate and Remote Financial Shared Services Associate at Plug Power from October 2019 to July 2023. Mackenzie also has experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk at Camping World from May 2018 to July 2019, and as an Accounting Clerk Temp at Camping World from March 2018 to May 2018. Additionally, Mackenzie has worked as an Administrative Assistant at Quality Personnel from September 2017 to January 2018, and as an Inside Sales Representative at COASTAL RELIABILITY SOLUTIONS, LLC from May 2017 to August 2017. Mackenzie Smith obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Eastern Kentucky University from 2021 to 2023. Prior to that, they pursued an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) in Business Administration and Management, General from Bowling Green Technical College between 2013 and 2015. In addition to their academic degrees, Mackenzie also holds several certifications. In May 2019, they completed the 96-hour Kentucky Real Estate Pre-license Course from Thornton's Real Estate Academy. Mackenzie obtained the General Management College Credit Recommendation Badge from NOCTI in January 2016. Mackenzie also acquired certifications in General Education, specifically in Communication and Quantitative Reasoning, in December 2015.
