Randy Tin

Randy Tin has extensive work experience in the materials engineering field. Randy is currently employed as a Senior Materials Engineer at Plug Power, a position they have held since June 2022. Prior to that, Randy worked at Xerox for over 10 years in various roles. Randy was a Product Delivery Engineer from July 2015 to May 2022, where they managed projects, prepared project schedules and documentation, and contributed to problem-solving task forces. From February 2014 to June 2015, they served as a Process/Equipment Engineer, providing technical support and conducting development work on toner processes. Before that, from September 2011 to February 2014, Randy worked as a Chemical Toner Development Engineer, specializing in toner particle manufacturing and experimental design. Randy also has research experience at the University of Michigan School of Education, where they were an Associate Researcher from July 2010 to August 2011, and at the University of Michigan College of Engineering, where they worked as a Researcher from October 2009 to April 2010.

Randy Tin obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan from 2006 to 2010. Randy then pursued a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Polymer Science and Engineering at Lehigh University from 2014 to 2018.
