Sameer Oad

Sameer Oad, PMP®, is an experienced project controls and scheduling professional with a strong background in engineering and project management. Currently serving as a Sr. Project Controls Scheduler at Plug Power since May 2023, Sameer has previously held positions including Lead Scheduler at Samsung Semiconductor and Project Manager at SoCalGas, where responsibilities encompassed both project management and scheduling roles. Sameer's career began at Digital Terrain as a Project Scheduler and includes experience as a Planning Engineer at Highway Engineering Constructors. Sameer Oad holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Sir Syed University of Engineering & Technology (SSUET), earned between January 2009 and December 2012.
