Scot Steiner

Scot Steiner, MBA, currently serves as Planning Manager at Plug Power, overseeing PEM Electrolyzer and Fuel Cell Production Planning at the Rochester Innovation Center since November 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Sales Operations Manager at EWASTE+ and Supply Chain Manager at Rolen Technologies USA. Scot spent over two decades at Xerox, progressing through various positions including New Products Planning Manager, Logistics Supervisor, Buyer, and Production Materials Analyst, where significant achievements included developing a new B to B remanufacturing business model. Scot’s career began with an internship at 3M. Educational credentials comprise an Executive MBA in New Product Commercialization from the Rochester Institute of Technology, a BS in Business Administration from the University at Buffalo, and an exchange year focused on Marketing at the University of Massachusetts Boston.
