Stephen McDonnell

Stephen McDonnell is a skilled mechanical engineer with extensive experience in manufacturing and engineering roles. Currently serving as an NPI Manufacturing Engineer II at Plug Power, Stephen specializes in training and supervising retrofit campaigns and automating reports between ERP and PLM systems. Previous experience includes managing high-volume fuel cell production lines and programming advanced machining operations at Williams International. Stephen also contributed to the Cornell Rocketry Team as All Team Lead, overseeing vehicle assembly for significant competitions. Educationally, Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University, complemented by various internships focusing on testing, validation, and design improvements in the aerospace and defense sectors.
