Thomas Jones

Thomas Jones has a diverse range of work experience in various technology-related roles. Thomas is currently working as the Director of Advanced System Technologies and the Chief Technology Officer at Plug Power since 2019. Prior to that, they held positions such as Director of UAV/Aerospace Technology at Plug Power and Chief Technology Officer at EnergyOr Technologies. Thomas also had roles at UTC Fuel Cells and Ballard Power Systems, where they worked on fuel cell engine programs and led project teams. Earlier in their career, they were a Test Engineer at Western Star Trucks and a Research Assistant at Queen's University.

Thomas Jones obtained their bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Queen's University, where they attended from 1986 to 1990. Thomas further pursued their education at the same institution and obtained a master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from 1991 to 1993.
