Tipu Sultan is an experienced industrial production and quality manager with a robust background in process improvement and quality assurance. Currently serving as the Industrial Production Manager at Plug Power since June 2020, responsibilities include overseeing the 100 MW electrolyzer supply chain and managing the quality department. Prior roles include Process Improvement & Quality Manager at Giner ELX, where efforts were directed towards ISO 9001:2015 certification and the enhancement of the quality management system. Previous experience includes positions at Elgin Separation Solutions and various internships, all emphasizing process optimization, quality management, and operational efficiency across diverse industries. Tipu Sultan holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Houston and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Jamia Millia Islamia.
