Vasanth Sandepudi

Vasanth Sandepudi has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. In 2008, they began their career at UTC Power as an RMS Software Engineer, where they developed and maintained software for the ALC ME812U-LGR Controller and supported the Systems and Test Equipment Design groups. Vasanth then took on the role of Software Test & Reliability Engineer, where they implemented change requests to the Test Stand Software and standardized LabView code across various test stands. In 2011, Vasanth joined Aribex as a Research and Development Engineer, responsible for developing and maintaining software for the Nomad PRO handheld X-Ray machine. Vasanth also developed a lockout capability for the device during their time there. Continuing their career in 2011, Vasanth joined Champion Technology Services as a Sr. Automation Engineer. In this role, they programmed, maintained, and troubleshooted PLC, DCS, and HMI systems, in addition to data processing and management tasks. Vasanth also built and maintained effective client relationships. Finally, in 2015, Vasanth joined Plug Power as a Principal Automation Engineer and later transitioned to the role of Manager, Controls Engineering in 2022.

Vasanth Sandepudi received their Masters degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Hartford in 2007.
