Will Hanna's work experience includes a recent role as a Product Cost Analyst at Plug Power, where they evaluated technology platforms, developed cost forecasts, and implemented strategies for cost reduction. Prior to that, they worked as a Remote Services Specialist at GE Renewable Energy, analyzing the health and performance of renewable power generation equipment through remote monitoring technology. Will also has experience as a Farm Manager at Blackberry Hill Farm, where they made business decisions and handled production, sales, and delivery. Will served as a Master Data Integrity professional at American Hotel Register Company, proposing software and process improvements, and maintained the customer master database. Additionally, they interned as an Investment Advisor at Toroso Investments, preparing retirement portfolios and researching potential office location changes. Will started their career as a Camp Coach at MKE Wave, coaching young soccer players and assisting parents in finding suitable opportunities in the sport.
