Lauren Van Dyke

Lauren Van Dyke is the VP of Operations and Partnerships at Plug, where they lead and manage strategic initiatives. Previously, they held various roles at Tesla, including Senior Manager and Head of Business Operations, overseeing a team of over 200. They gained experience as a Business Development MBA Intern at Stem, Inc. and have conducted research at Washington University in St. Louis. Lauren's early career included internships at The Foth Companies and Jet Propulsion Laboratory, and they worked as a Senior Analyst at Advantage Capital Partners. They are currently pursuing a B.S. and an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
