Brianna Murphy began their career in 2016 as a Summer Finance Intern at Westcon-Comstor North America, where they were in charge of the digital transformation of customer profiles and credit applications to upload all documents into a new SAP system. Brianna also assisted with invoicing and screening new credit applications. In 2018, they joined StarTech.com as a Content Creation Intern, where they coordinated a large-scale project to cross-functionally update product information, managed a relationship with an outsourced photography company, and attended weekly market research and SEO workshops. In 2019, they were promoted to Product Information Delivery Specialist, where they worked cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and other internal departments to launch new products and syndicate data at many of their key Channel Partners. Brianna also assisted in developing marketing collateral using a variety of web design programs. In 2020, Brianna joined Plugable Technologies as the Channel Experience Manager, and then was promoted to Channel Experience Lead, where they led a new team and looked to optimize their digital presence in the B2B channel. Brianna also served as an Ecommerce Specialist.

Brianna Murphy obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Guelph in 2019, after having previously obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Dalhousie University in 2017. Prior to that, they attended MEI International Academy. In 2021, they obtained a Technical Support Fundamentals certification from Coursera, as well as an Introduction to Search Engine Optimization certification from Coursera.
