Derek Nuzum

Derek Nuzum has a wide range of work experience, beginning in 2006 with Malley's Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Assistant. In 2008, they became a Chapel Student Assistant and a Summer Conference Assistant at Whitworth University. From 2011 to 2017, they worked at Fred Meyer as a Home Electronics Manager. In 2016, they were a Web Developer at Coffey Ventures, LLC and a Web Development Immersive Student at General Assembly. Since 2017, they have been a Product Owner and Lead at Plugable Technologies, overseeing and managing a team of Product Owners and specializing in process creation and improvement, Amazon brand and listings management, and company best practices for customer support and product management.

Derek Nuzum obtained a B.A. in Political Science from Whitworth University between 2007 and 2011. In April 2016, they obtained a Web Development Immersive certification from General Assembly. Derek then completed a Full Stack Web Development Certification from freeCodeCamp between 2016 and 2017.
