Janet Stenger

Janet Stenger has been working in sales operations since 2021 at Plugable Technologies. Prior to that, they were employed by Jergens Inc. from 1998-2021. During their time there, they held the roles of Customer Service Inside Sales Specialist, Consignment Account Manager, and Technical Sales. In their role as Customer Service Inside Sales Specialist, they learned and maintained an in-depth understanding of products to offer knowledgeable and educated responses to customers, handled inbound and outbound calls, cross referenced competitor products, processed customer quotes and orders, collaborated with production, purchasing, and shipping teams, informed customers of price and policy changes, processed leads and assigned proper reps, set up automation for commissions reports, implemented a chat line for the company website, and completed an array of Excel classes.

Janet Stenger has a High School Diploma from Richmond Heights High School and has attended Lakeland Community College.
