João Victor

João Victor began their career in 2019 as an Auxiliar Administrativo e Operacional at Braga Express Entregas Rápidas. In 2021, they joined Plugify as a Jr. Operations Analyst and Jr. Operations Repair & Screening Analyst. As a Jr. Operations Analyst, they were responsible for configuring equipment for customers, inserting images as requested, creating users and systems with scripts, and providing remote and in-person HelpDesk support. As a Jr. Operations Repair & Screening Analyst, they were responsible for triaging equipment that returned from customers, analyzing reported problems, preparing equipment for resale, configuring new, replacement, and renewal orders, and creating work instructions with customer requirements.

João Victor is currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering at Universidade Paulista, which they started in 2020 and is expected to finish in 2024. Prior to this, they completed several extracurricular courses at Universidade Anhembi Morumbi, including Administration of Companies, Logistics Management, and Business Management, all in 2017. João also completed an extracurricular course in Administrative Assistance at Centro Educacional Tecnológico Casa do Caminho-CETECC in 2017. In addition, they have obtained two certifications, one in Database Administration from Fundação Bradesco in 2022, and one in Programming Logic from Digital Innovation One Inc. in 2021.
