Maximilien Reginster is currently the Head of Growth at Plugnotes, where they lead marketing and growth strategies for a no-code solution aimed at helping SMEs digitize their operational workflows. Previously, Maximilien co-founded RiVR, focusing on a VR application to reduce workplace stress, and Belgity, a fashion brand that promotes Belgian identity. They have held various roles in growth marketing, including positions at Syndic4you and as a project holder at Yncubator, where they supported young entrepreneurs. Maximilien completed multiple degrees in Business Engineering and Entrepreneurship, achieving honors such as Magna Cum Laude and Summa Cum Laude from renowned institutions.
