Kei Son has extensive work experience in the gaming and ecommerce industries. Starting in the year 2000, they worked at MaySoft in various roles, including game designer and software engineer, where they focused on system resilience, network performance, and fault-tolerant systems. Kyeonguk "Kei" then moved on to Lizard Interactive Co., Ltd., where they served as a software engineer, designing system architectures and implementing RPC for system control in MMORPGs. Kei joined Netmarble in 2005 as a software engineer and actively participated in the development of an MMORPG, implementing version control, continuous integration, and Agile processes. At Electronic Arts (EA), they held multiple positions, including Senior Software Engineer and Technical Director, leading teams in the development of online racing and football games. Kyeonguk "Kei" also collaborated with external studios to leverage expertise and enhance project success. In their most recent role at Codebrick, Kei served as the Head of Engineering, leveraging their experience to foster innovation and growth in the ecommerce sector. Currently, at Plugo, they hold the position of Head of Engineering, focusing on reducing costs, establishing standards, and transitioning the architecture to a serverless model.
