Neil Macgregor is the VP of Product and Co-Founder at Plum. Neil has a long and varied history with different companies, always in a leadership or training role. Neil has a passion for education and helping others to overcome challenges.

In 2006, Neil began working as a trainer at Microcomputer Science Centre Inc. There, they helped students, parents, teachers, schools, and businesses to develop strategies for compensation and academic success. Neil also onboarded key stakeholders to ensure the adoption of new technologies.

In 2009, Neil became the Vice President at goQ Software. Their primary focus was to start and expand the office into the United States from Canada. In just two and a half years, they grew the company from 2 to 9 people. Neil developed national media campaigns and created online tutorials that are still used by thousands of customers.

After 3.5 months of traveling around the world, Neil returned to work in 2011 as an expert trainer. Neil built and managed a team of trainers who helped motivate, train, and teach thousands of users across the US.

Neil's passion for education and helping others overcome challenges has led him to their current role as VP of Product and Co-Founder at Plum. There, they are continuing their mission to help people grow and succeed.

Neil Macgregor completed their undergraduate degree in Philosophy at the University of Guelph. Neil then went on to receive certification from Plum in Decision Making, Execution, Innovation, and My Plum Profile.

Neil Macgregor reports to Caitlin MacGregor, CEO & Co-Founder. They work with Roger Dowie - Sales Director, Jordan Lea - Director, Customer Experience, and Jason Putnam - Chief Revenue Officer. Some direct reports include Matt James - Head, Design, Laura Reitzel - Senior Product Manager.
