Previously, Ravi co-founded InnovationsIQ in 2009 and held the position of President/Co-Founder. At InnovationsIQ, they successfully oversaw business processes, strategic growth, and efficient operations. Ravi has also worked as the Chief Marketing Officer at Plintron from 2015 to 2018, where they developed brand strategy, managed product delivery and technology development. Prior to that, they held various positions at T-Mobile, including Director of MVNO Product Management and Sr. Manager of Product Management. Ravi began their career as a Technical Consultant at Genesis Solutions Pvt ltd/Soft Alliance LLC in 1997. Ravi Dasika completed their EMBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelors in Engineering in Electronics and Communications from SDM College of Engineering and Technology between 1993 and 1997.
