Jerry McMullan

Jerry McMullan has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Jerry currently holds the position of Customer Success Director at Plume Design, Inc, where they are responsible for managing customer success initiatives. Prior to this, they served as a Customer Deployment Manager and Technical Delivery Manager at the same company.

Before joining Plume Design, Inc, Jerry worked at Vertex Inc. as the Director of Program Management, leading a team within the Agile PMO office and contributing to the company's transition to an Agile software development process.

Jerry has a long history with Comcast, where they held the positions of Program Director and Program Manager for almost a decade. Jerry also served as the Senior Director of Customer Operations at ADB, reporting directly to the U.S. Cable VP and GM.

Jerry's early career was spent at Motorola Home & Networks Mobility, where they were the Director of Customer Program Management. In this role, they managed a team of Program Managers responsible for the technical qualification and deployment of software and hardware products to various key Motorola customers worldwide.

Jerry McMullan holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering and Engineering Management from Widener University. Jerry also obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Engineering from the same institution. In addition to their degrees, Jerry has acquired several certifications throughout their career, including Customer Experience Leadership, The 10 Pillars of Customer Experience, DevOps Foundations: DevSecOps, Artificial Intelligence Foundations: Machine Learning, Learning Cloud Computing: Core Concepts, Project Portfolio Management Foundations, SAFe Agilist Certification, Prosci Change Management, and Certified ScrumMaster.
