Matej Cigler

Matej Cigler has a strong background in software engineering and architectural roles. Matej currently serves as the Principal Software Architect at Plume Design, Inc, a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to this, they were a Senior Software Engineer and Team Lead at the same company, starting in September 2014. Before joining Plume Design, Inc, Matej worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Aviat Networks from April 2010 to September 2014. Matej also served as a Senior Software Engineer and Team Lead at Telsima from March 2007 to April 2010. Their software engineering career began at HERMES SoftLab, where they worked as a Software Engineer and later became a Senior Software Engineer. Matej was with HERMES SoftLab from January 2001 to March 2007.

Matej Cigler earned a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Univerza v Mariboru, where they studied from 1994 to 2001.
