Michael Connolly

Michael Connolly is an experienced product designer and creative director with a diverse background in design and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Staff Product Designer at Plume Design, Inc., since April 2025, and as the Founder, Creative Director, and Principal Designer of Made Of Brands, which focuses on state and local pride through hat apparel. Michael has previous experience as a Freelance Product Designer at Urban Canvas and held key positions at Deloitte Digital from April 2019 to January 2025, where responsibilities included directing a global team of designers and enhancing digital platforms for Chipotle. Prior to this, experience as a Freelance Designer at conolee design co. covered various design aspects, including brand identity and digital experiences. Michael holds a Bachelor's Degree in Visual Communications and has completed training at the National Outdoor Leadership School.
