Rylan Roach is a seasoned professional in customer success and support, currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at Plum since November 2023. Prior to this role, Rylan held the position of Director of Customer Success at Dream11 from January 2019 to October 2023. Rylan's extensive experience in the field includes various managerial roles at Directi from June 2007 to December 2018, encompassing Customer Support, Quality Assurance, and Web Solutions.
