Mark Nitz

Mark Nitz is the Founder and Principal of ClearSight Leadership & Strategy, established in June 2022, focusing on leadership development for small businesses. Currently serving on the advisory boards of Plumlogix, SpeakerMatch, ITML Institute, NIYA Wellbeing Solutions, Zschool, Coherent Educational Solutions, and Parentfile, Mark Nitz contributes to numerous initiatives aimed at enhancing leadership capabilities, workforce development, and emotional wellbeing. Previously, Mark Nitz held the position of Coordinator, GIS & Integrity Management at a Fortune 100 company in the energy sector, where responsibilities included risk management and geospatial data analysis, and served as a Commissioned Officer in the Montana Army National Guard. Mark Nitz holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Rocky Mountain College.
